Alfred Mutua produced an outstanding round of golf on Easter Friday to clinch the overall title at the second edition of the Audrey Golf Tournament held at the scenic Audrey Golf Resort in Segere, Siaya County.
Mutua carded an impressive 78 gross to emerge as the overall champion in the one-day event that attracted top amateur golfers from across Nyanza region.
His precise swings and consistency on the greens set him apart from a competitive field.
“I stayed focused throughout the round and made sure I avoided risky shots. The course was short but in great condition, and that helped me settle in early,” said Mutua after receiving his trophy.
